Without you in my life, I am like a beach with no sea, without the sea the beach is just another desert.

Without you in my life, I am like the night sky with no moon, silvering the clouds and giving lovers something to gaze upon.

Without you in my life, I am like dinner with no bread, there is plenty to eat, but somehow something is missing.

Without you in my life, I am like a bird with broken wings, gazing up at the sky for my freedom.

Without you in my life, I am like a flower with no water, trying to open into my full beauty, but slowly dying of thirst.

Without you in my life, I am like a garden with no gardener, slowly everything is strangled with ugliness.

Without you in my life, I am like a drowning person, with no one to take my arms and save me.

Without you I will never know if I love you.
