hi i´m from turkey and i want to help you but i didnt translate the "i welcome turkish friends" part cause i want to explain it if we translate it directly it should be " türk arkadaþlarý (hoþ)karþýlarým" but we dont use that often so it can be a little weird so i think "i want to meet turkish friends" ( türk arkadaþlarla tanýþmak isterim) will be more appropriate. hope it helps

Do you mean the egyptian accent it doesnt have a rules you must learn arabic in the first so you said you are living in Cairo after you learn the original arabic you must talk with egyption person to listen the accent and expretions .
