Well, it´s a good thing that he doesn´t say that than, isn´t it I explained to him that my family wouldn´t be thrilled if I got married before I got my final university diploma, hence the not marrying yet. It has nothing to do with him being muslim and me being something else
Very smart....get your diploma first; not for your family, but for your own good !

Ah yes, I´m getting it for myself But it seems much easier for me to explain myself by saying ´my family wants me to´ ... The real reason (If I get married I want to do it good and have two weddings with a lot of everything, so we need to save money for a LONG time) seems a bit spoiled

i would suggest you to ignore catwoman`s post as it`s totally irrelevant. the main reason behind why there are more relationships between turkish men and foreign women is because the possibility of foreign women meeting turkish men in holidays is much higher than that of foreign men meeting turkish women, and that`s simply because all the waiters are males in Turkey.
who do you think tourists interact with while they are on holiday in Turkey? they don`t meet the women who run big companies, or the women in parliement, they meet the waiters and the store owners who are all males.
you think Guler Sabanci, who is one of the wealthiest businesswomen of the world is not married to a foreigner because she can`t get out of the "boundaries the society set for her"? it would be moronic to assume that, as this woman is able to buy catwoman along with the city she lives in Poland without exceeding her credit card limit.
your post only shows how ignorant you really are, and how arrogant you are to publicly say that what you say is the utmost truth and everybody elese´s opinions are moronic assumptions. you are acting like a little boy who leared a few words that he can´t understand yet.

My Turkish male friend is getting married to a Russian girl next year,he was always dreaming of Dabrowski one but knowing me he gave up)))He says we are too demanding and too bossy and too reserved about complimenting, chosing what we want and not life offers to us ,and not predictable at all compared to others,he hanged around with a British one for a while giving an opinion-sorry all British members-Brits are too easy, they jump to bed after 15 min of acquaintance...he never thought of marrying Turkish girl although it was his mother wish-as he claims turkish cannot fulfil fantasies and are too material
well.i am just quoting!!!!!
Intercultural relationship seems his choice with well educated but still damn obedient Russian wife)))
