Isn´t this celebration called ´Eed´ or is this something different?

 Eid is an arabic word

so ´Ead´ ´Eid´ are not part of the same celebration?

Sorry,also meant to add, the slaughtering of sheep upon a given day is also not part of these festivals? Ead, Eid etc?

 I googled it.  Apparently there is more that 1 Eid. 

Eid al-Fitr   

(sorry about the font is the holiday after Ramadan and Eid al-adha corresponds to Kurban Bayram it probably just means holdiay.

 eid in arabic means a celebration it might be a holiday or it might not. In Islam there are two main celebrations which are also holidays they are as u mention uzun Hava Eid al-fitr after Ramadhan and eid al-adha.
