Hi forum, I received this message, I actually read it so late but even so I want to thank the person who sent it to me (even I don´t celebrate Bayram, I´d like to thank for the greeting in a very short way)

Sorry,also meant to add, the slaughtering of sheep upon a given day is also not part of these festivals? Ead, Eid etc?

I googled it. Apparently there is more that 1 Eid.
Eid al-Fitr
(sorry about the font is the holiday after Ramadan and Eid al-adha corresponds to Kurban Bayram it probably just means holdiay.

eid in arabic means a celebration it might be a holiday or it might not. In Islam there are two main celebrations which are also holidays they are as u mention uzun Hava Eid al-fitr after Ramadhan and eid al-adha.
