LOST...in translation

Hello! I have the habit of watching TV series with turkish subtitles, and the one I´m working on right now is LOST, season 6 episode 3. In it, the turkish translation of
"He´s an Iraqi torturer who shoots kids, he definitely deserves another go around" is
"O çocuk katili, Irak´lı bir işkenceci kesinlikle yaşamak için bir hakkı daha hak ediyor". My problem here is only the sentence "bir hakkı daha hak ediyor". "hak etmek" I do understand but not in conjunction with "bir hakkı daha". It´s not in any of the dictionaries I have at my disposal. Could someone help me? I´d be very grateful.

 ... May I add that I see the same episode about 5 times before I´m done with all the new words and locutions? 
I take them in piecemeal, so to speak...
(Any English errors I make stem from me being Swedish by origin, so excuse me...)

Well, thanks, but that was the first dictionary I turned to. No explanation there. What seems to me mysterious is the repetition of "hak". Therefore, I concluded it must be a locution, not easily decipherable from its constituents. I might be altogether wrong.

Maybe the answer could be here http://www.turkishclass.com/forumTitle_45243. I´m not too sure if its exactly the same thing being discussed, but it is about the repition of words. I hope you find some sort of answer... btw your English is brilliant, I wouldn´t have guessed you weren´t a native

hak etmek = deserve
hak = right ; bir hakkı daha: one more right (as known object -i suffix "hakk" =>"hakkı" because originally from Arabic, it has a symbol which makes some letter double "k" from "kk" but it is not a rule of Turkish)
I think it must have been "bir şansı daha hak ediyor" or something like that.
"he deserves one more chance"
