But due to I don´t have your personal e-mail address, I wanted to contact you by Facebook. Çok ufak bir ricam olacak sizden. I´ll ask for a little favour. ´for sure´ has the same meaning as ´definitely´ and ´dönmek´ also means ´to return´ which makes more sense than making her sound like Dick Whittington - but thanks for other corrections.

actually there is a difference here.

"kesin dönüş" means that they returned and decided never to move back abroad again.

so the thing that is sure is not your knowledge but their returning.
