There´s not much difference between literal and grammatical meaning of this sentence.

Grammatically it means:

I may sacrifice myself to you.

Literally it means

I love very much. (idiomatically, I love you so much that I can sacrifice myself to you.)

thanks.

this doesn´t make much sense in english - is there another meaning for ´kaptırmak´ that you could use?

edit; is it ´sometimes you give yourself too much freedom´? - english definition of ´give rein to´ is ´give complete freedom to´

kaptırmak is a slang word. It means to be interested in something or someone without control or limit.
