What do you think his own language can be? Any wild guesses?

Why do you say it isn´t his own language? this text was taken fron a mobile and you know what shorthand messages are like. Why do u ask me to guess the language...? Do you have any idea?

I´m guessing the implication is that because of the poor Turkish spelling etc, that Turkish is not his native language, or maybe he is Turkish but didn´t learn well at school.
