 The sentence is wrong. It is hard to understand what it means.

As gokuyum said above "The sentence is wrong. It is hard to understand what it means." but what I see behind decorated words is: "leave before you are left" , "hurt before you get hurt".

"Güle güle" demek acıtsada, bazen söylemek gerekir. Çünkü, çok seven ilk terkedilir.

Even to say "goodbye" hurts, sometimes we need to say it. Because, the one who loves the most is the first to be left.

I didnt understand this sentence. Why should we say goodbye? What if somebody loves another so much? What is the connection between these sentences? Please someone explain this to me? Or is there a ambiguity?

I only tried to correct the sentence and traslated. I completely agree with Gökuyum, that is why i hate to translate "facebook´s language" in here... I won´t do that again.

Let us see if only changing söylenem to söylemen is enough to make it grammatically correct.

"gercekten acitsada gule gule demek bazen soylemen gerekir cunku en cok seven ilk terkedilir"

Does the bold part seem to you correct?

Probably the writer wanted to say , "bazen güle güle demek gerekir"

=>

"Gerçekten acıtsa da bazen güle güle demek gerekir çünkü en çok seven ilk terkedilir."

Now the sentence is grammatically correct. But being grammatically correct doesn´t mean it makes sense.

That´s what I and gokuyum are trying to say from the beginning.

 Two explanations:

There can be such an explanation one day the one you love a lot will leave you and you only will be able to say  good-bye even it hurts.

But sentence also can mean that you have to say good-bye even it hurts  before the one you love leaves you if you dont want to get hurt more.

I think first explanation is more possible because second explanation is almost absurd.

But as I say there is an ambiguity.
