"Söylemeyecektim sana, ama dayanamam artık"

I wouldn´t have told you, but I can´t bear any more.

My try. Is the tense correct please? Thank youSmile

I would say:

I wasn´t to tell you, but I think you should know"

I would translate as "I was not going to tell you, but I cannot stand anymore"

Thank you Armegon! güzel olmuşSmile

Does any of you have an idea about how to translate the following into turkish please? I am trying to get used to complicate tenses, but it does not work right with me{#emotions_dlg.sad}

"I wouldn´t have told you... if only I wasn´t obliged"

(I hope the english sentence is correct {#emotions_dlg.bigsmile})

Thank you in advance!

Sounds a little weird in Turkish when translated;

"Sana söylememiş olurdum... keşke mecbur kalmasaydım."

by the way in my previous post,  I translated "should have not told"-->"söylememiş olmam lazımdı". "I would not have told"-->"söylememiş olurdum". Sorry

As it makes more or less the same sense, instead of "söylememiş olurdum" (= I wouldn´t have told you) we often say "söylemezdim" (=I wouldn´t tell). I think you are trying to say: "mecbur kalmasaydım sana söylemezdim" which means in English something like "I wouldn´t tell you unless I had to"
