Hapşurduğumda; Çok yaşa yerine benimle yaşa deseydi keşke.. Ben de "sen de gör" değil de,"emrin olur" deseydim sessizce..

No, no that´s not it ... I just wanted to say that you invest more time and energy on nonsense and often grammatically incorrect sentences to translate than they ever deserve.

after sneezing (hapşurmak) in turkish you say çok yaşa= bless you
in a harsh translate çok yaşa means long live, live for a long time
so the guy is just playing with the words

Sooree my guess is that it is the thoughts of someone secretly in love with someone else. So when this person (the one in love) sneezed and the other person said ´live long´ she wishes that what he had actually said was ´live with me´ and that she had replied ´your wish is my command´ and not ´same to you´

I hope this makes sense

so the writer (Nazim Hikmet ) misses a women and whishes the woman had told live with me <3

Ben de "sen de gör" değil de,"emrin olur" deseydim sessizce..
sen de gör= the answer for çok yaşa (you see it too)
...and silently  I´d sed as you want instead sen de gör

but the woman just went away...
