after sneezing (hapşurmak) in turkish you say çok yaşa= bless you in a harsh translate çok yaşa means long live, live for a long time so the guy is just playing with the words

Sooree my guess is that it is the thoughts of someone secretly in love with someone else. So when this person (the one in love) sneezed and the other person said ´live long´ she wishes that what he had actually said was ´live with me´ and that she had replied ´your wish is my command´ and not ´same to you´
I hope this makes sense

so the writer (Nazim Hikmet ) misses a women and whishes the woman had told live with me <3 Ben de "sen de gör" değil de,"emrin olur" deseydim sessizce.. sen de gör= the answer for çok yaşa (you see it too) ...and silently I´d sed as you want instead sen de gör
but the woman just went away...
