Please can  someone help me with these. I think I sort of had the first one, but once again if someone could explain the suffixes, and the other two, I just dont have a clue. but again, if you could take the time to show me the word roots and the suffix parts and what they mean, it would be really helpful.

 her zamanki gibi --> her [every] + zaman [time] + ki [suffix acts like conjuction "that" ] + gibi [like ]

so literarly --> the thing that is like every time --> as usual

examples on suffix " ki,kı,ku,kü" ;

benim = mine  , benim kalemim sarı --> my pen is yellow,  benimki sarı --> [the pen] that is mine is yellow.

Dün --> Yesterday,  Dünkü konser --> The concert that was yesterday.

hücremdeyim ---> hücre [cell] + m [suffix for "my"] + de [ in,on,at] + y [buffering letter] + im [ person for " I"] --->  I am in my cell

bugün daha karanlık, sessiz ve anlamsız-->

bugün [today ] + daha [more] + karanlık [dark] [the root of this noun is "kara"=black, when it takes the suffix " lar " it changes into another noun which is "dark"] + sessiz [quite] [the root of this adjective is "ses" = sound,voice, when it takes the suffix "siz" it turns into adjective " sessiz =without voice, without sound" which means "quite"] + ve [and] + anlamsız [meaningless [the root of this word is anlam [meaning],when it takes the suffix "siz" it turns into " without meaning" which means meaningless" ]

so lets put them together --> Today [it] is darker,quite and meaningless

therefore the whole sentence would be ;

I am in my cell as usual, today [it] is darker, quite and meaningless.

Second sentence would be ;

o kadar [ that much ]

birik [ the root of the verb " to gather, to build up ] + miş [suffix for reported past tense ,also it seems like, it looks like ] + ki [--> it seems like it built up so much

                                                         it looks like  it gathered so much that

 hala dinmek bilmiyor ---> hala [still] +dinmek [ to stop] + bil [ to know] + m [suffix that makes negatife] + iyor [ suffix for present continues tense ]

so literarly ---> it is still not knowing to stop --> it still goes on without stopping

verb + bilmek --> this grammer point is used for things that seems never gonna stop, or come to an end. 

for example ;  bir saat önce geldi, gitmek bilmiyor. --> he/she came an hour ago,it seems like  he/she will never go.

so go back to sentence, the whole sentence would be ;

it gathered [built up] so much that it seems that its not gonna stop [come to an end]

[ i think that person is talking about "clouds built up so much that it seems it will never stop raining ]

some corrections on this

1.  examples on suffix " ki,kı,ku,kü" ;

the " ki " here is not a suffix. it is a conjunction. so it can not be writen together with any words. it must be writen apart from words.

correct writing is 

o kadar birikmiş ki hala dinmek bilmiyor.

3. suffix to make any verb negative - 

hala dinmek bilmiyor ---> hala [still] +dinmek [ to stop] + bil [ to know] + m [suffix that makes negatife] + iyor [ suffix for present continues tense ]

correct writing here must be :

hala dinmek bil + mi + yor

Some correction on the correction ;

1. This suffix changeable, there are exceptions as you know , if you look at TDK [ Turkish Language Instution which is top authority on Turkish language you will see it is " dünkü" NOT "dünki "  we call it " Aidiyet eki " Belonging suffix  http://www.tdk.gov.tr/TR/Genel/SozBul.aspx?F6E10F8892433CFFAAF6AA849816B2EF05A79F75456518CA&Kelime=dünkü

2.  birikmiş ki -->  I agree on that. that is conjuction. it is written in original text which is not right.

3. bil + mi + yor -->  yes , the negatif suffix is " mi " but in that sentence one of the "i" dropped ,thats why i didnt put "mi" on there.

 mi + iyor -->  i + i --> in Turkish two vowels can not be together, so in this case one of them dropped and we left with one "i" ....    bil + m + iyor --> so that´s why i didnt put the first "i"

1- istisnalar kurala örnek olarak verilemez hocam. o zaman aynı kuralı bütün kelimeler üzerinde uygulamaya kalkar öğrenenler. yani -kı, -ki , -ku , -kü şeklinde ekin farklı kullanımları yoktur.varsa lütfen birkaç örnek daha yazın.
