Because in that place there were Jews and Christians. When prophet was a child he did a journey, a pastor warned Ebu Talib. [ In one of the trip that Our Lord Prophet made while He was a child, a priest had warned Ebu Talip ]
Hatice´ye söylediler. Gercekten de Hatice, Peygamber Efendimiz´e iki katından fazla ücret verdi.
They told Hatice. Truly, Hatice gave to prophet 2 times more pay. [ Hatice paid Our Lord Prophet more than twice wage ]
Bunun üzerine peygamber efendimiz hatice´nin teklifini kabul ederek Şam´daki Busra Panayırı´na gitti. Rahip Nestura´nin manastırına yakın bir ağaçın gölgesinde konakladı.
Hereupon , Prophet accepted hatice’s offer. He went to busra’s market fair in Damascus. The stopped under a tree’s shadow near pastor Nestura’s monastery.

-şu ağacın altına inen kimdir, diye sordu.
Who is resting under this tree, so he asked.
Meysere:
-o, kureyş ve mekke halkından birisidir, diye cevap verdi.
He is someone , a quraisy and from the mekkan people nation, so she answered.
Nestura:
Bu ağacın altına, şimdiye kadar peygamberden başka bir kimse inmemiştir, dedi.
Under this tree, until now, except for prophet, nobody rest, he said.
Hatice´nin kölesi meysere, Hatice´ye; rahibin, peygamber hakkında söylediğini ve yolda iki meleğin, onu gölgelendirdiğini anlattı.
Hatice’s slave meysere told to Hatice about the pastor, about prophet’s fairness in dealing and about what priest told her about prophet and on the way back she noticed they were 2 angels shadowing him.

Bir panayır günü kereyşli kadınlar cok güzel giyinmişler, bu bayramda yapılması gereken herşeyi yapmişlardi.
One day in a quraisy fair, women were dressed up beautifully, in this celebration they did necessary what everyone seems to do. [they did everything what is needed to do]
Kadınlar; adam şeklindeki bir puta taparken, birisi bizlere yaklaşarak yüksek sesle söyle demişti:
While women were worshipping the idol that was in the form of a man , someone among us approached us in a loud voice and said:
-(Ey kadınlar! Yakında sizin beldenizde; Allah´ın kitabiyla "ahmed" isminde bir peygamber gönderilecek...sizlerden hangisi onunla evlenebilirse evlensin!)
Oh women! In the near future to your place, Allah’s book and a prophet called “ahmed” in the name will be sent ….any of you, which can marry him, you marry him!
and help me with the word "gölgelendirdiğini" ... i always get confused when there are too much suffix in the word..
gölge = shadow
gölgelemek = to shadow ,to give shade
gölgelenmek = to be shadowed. [ passive form ]
gölgelendirmek = to shadow, to give shade.
gölgelendir + dik [conjuction "that] [note that "k" changes into ğ]
gölgelendirdiğ + i [person "he,she,it]
gölgelendirdiği + n [buffering letter] + i [ Accusative case "i" ]
O´nu gölgelendirdiğini anlattı ---> He said that it [two angels] gave him shade.
in another context that would be;
Ağacın gölgelendirdiği bahçe ---> The garden that the tree gives it shade.
Her zaman seyrettiğim film ----> The film that I always watch.
Her zaman o filmi seyrettiğimi biliyor ---> He/She knows that I always watch that film.
