The person who says this is not allowed to talk. The others might be able to talk to him, it's not mentioned.


Bana sigara içmek yasak = Benim sigara içmem yasak.


But if it were like this: Bana konuşması yasak or benimle konuşması yasak, it would be the thing you said.
But if the verb is infinitive, it's different.

Yes that second one makes more sense if you're not native.

Yes I understood that.. thought that a Dutch explanation would be more clear, but iw as wrong anyway

What about

Neden senin için konuşmak yasak?

Or

Neden sana konuşmak yasak?

All of them are correct.

Or maybe you can just ask: Neden yasak? or even Neden?
