Well, when the punctuation is right and when the phrase is not too long, it gives you a (correct) idea. But still, it´s not to be trusted

It really sucks. I pasted my comment and translation was completely gibberish except the last sentence. But it was wrong too

The last sentence was translated as "People want to be happy" but the correct translation was "I want people to be happy", right?
