Good advice, but how people will afford to have 3 kids ? What about people who are living on minumum wage ? They can´t even afford filling their stomach, how will they able to send their kids to school ? buy clothes for them, feed them, pay their expenses ? Such a populistic approach just like mocking people !

What will happen if you let your financial situation dictate your familly situation?  If you are on minimum wage and you arlready have 2 children, what then, will you get an abortion because you will not be able to feed, dress, educate and love the third child?  Considering a child like a financial burden, now that is egostistical.

It is a situation that is occuring in China right now, the goverment imposed a 1 child policy to  alleviate social, economic, and environmental problems in China.  The first thing the woman does when she is pregnant with her first child is have an ultrasound if she can afford it to find out if it is a boy or a girl.  If it is a girl she gets an abortion.  If she cannot have an ultrasound because she does not have money, when the girl is born, she is thrown away like trash because it was not a boy.  That is mocking people and dictating what they can or cannot do.

If you have love enought for 1 or 2 children there is more than enough love for more children and the rest is circumstantial.  I am surrounded by friends who have 3 to 6 children and they are not making very much money but the diffrence with other of my friends that only have 1 or 2 children for economic reasons is the love.  The love in the homes of my friends with 3 or more children is more palpable and heartfelt because they they know the true meaning of wealth and riches.  They do not need the latest trend toys and clothing, they do not eat fancy expensive foods but they are loved and they love back.  Those friends who only have 1 or 2 children think that love is measured by what they have to wear and what fancy foods they eat or toys they have.

What will happen when your kids comes home from school and tell you about her friends fancy dresses, shoes [considering the kids will not have to wear school uniforms soon] and you , as a mother , knowing that you cant afford to buy such clothes for your kids, will you not feel terribly bitter ? 

Will you not blame yourself while your kids ask you to buy things and you cant while others can buy for their kids ? 

will your heart not cry inside when you see your kids have to study himself while other kids go to courses ? 

I dont want to dramatise it more but that is the reality.

I am not against to having kids but it is better to have kids when you can afford to have. And dont forget , we are adviced to have AT LEAST 3 , not less than 3. 

Not having money did not prevent my parents from loving me and my siblings less , we did not feel inferior because our clothes were not as pretty or as new as the other kids, we did not get less of an education.  We were not rich but we knew what the important things were and are. 

This is something taht has stayed with me and taugh me what is important in life and this is what I am passing on.

If your heart breaks and you feel bitter because you cannot get your children the latest trendy cloths and toys, then maybe your prioreties is not on the right things.  And if your children do not understand why you cannot get them those things then maybe it is time you explain to them the realety of life, you would be surprised how much they understand.
