i really love it so much and it must be in turkish translation of it somewhere but i cant find it myself so if anyone could help me i would be very happy!! thanks

i couldnt find the original version. but i will try to translate as his language:
Fener ol, cankurtaran ol, bir merdiven ol. Birinin ruhunun iyileşmesine vesile ol. Hanenden dışarı bir çoban gibi çık.
while im at it i want to point you out something interesting. have you ever read the alchemist by paulo coelho? if you are familiar with the books story than this story told by mevlana will sound familiar:
Bir adam rüyasında birisini gördü. Gördüğü adam, kendisine “Zengin olmayı istiyorsun ya, bu maksadına Mısır’da erişeceksin. Orada bir define var; filan mahallede filan evde” dedi. Adam, Mısır’a gelince orada birisi, kendisine “Bağdat’ta filan mahallede filan evde bir define var” dedi. Mahallenin ve ev sahibinin adını söyledi. Adam Mısır’a gelmemdeki sebep, bu defineyi evimden başka bir yerde aramamaklığım lazımmış, bunu öğrenmek içinmiş demek. Yoksa bu defineyi, Mısır’da elde edemiyeceğim dedi.

ok but even if my quote is among them how should i know it, i cant find it anywhere why are always the things u really want so hard to find or impossible to find

Isn´t it irritating that there are still things in this world which you cannot find with two clicks?
Take it like an invitation into a new hobby. Open mesnevi books and widen your knowledge. Maybe one lucky day you find your quote also.

I have no problem in searching for something that I want to find, its not like im a lazy person who just wants everything on a silver plate, its not what im talking about. The problem is HOW can I find the quote in TURKISH if i cant understand turkish? how can i know which one is the right one? ????

It is a good reason to learn Turkish also. Mevlana is better than many other reasons that people might have.

its possible that you never find it. some of the sayings that are adhered to mevlana are not his. maybe this one is so, maybe it isnt.
