I always wondered about the song "Rock a by baby in the tree top, when the wind blows the cradle will rock, down will come baby cradle and all". What kind of person wrote this and thought this would put a baby to rest? What's even more surprising, it's been used by generation after generation, including myself and it works.

That was my daughter's question today and I was so ashamed that I couldn't answer it:
Christianity is against incest. Then, if Adam and Eve where the only humans on earth and they had children, how did the human kind increace, if not with brothers and sisters sleeping with eachother?
my question is much more simple:
how do bats sleep, hanging, not falling down?
