You can say:
"Kafam biraz güzel" not "kafam az güzel". I cannot give you a good explanation for it at the moment.

It is OK - slang is usually beyond explanation......

In this thread we discussed the other possible meanings......

Caliptrix, it seems that you're turkish, but why do you ask this?
Have you ever heard any other usage of it? I haven't.

Ah yes, I forget, there's another usage, and it's also used for having taken drugs (eroin, cocain, morphine and so on )

Let me remind you guys that "Kafam güzel" does not mean "I am drunk".
There is a little difference. "Kafam güzel" means that I am in a state that I am not drunk yet but if I continue to whatever I am doing ( alchool, drug, whatever .. ), even a little more, I will be...
Another slang, with very familiar meaning with "kafam güzel" is "çakır keyif".

Let me visualize it.
Assume that being in Canada = being drunk and being in United States is being normal.
When somebody says that "Kafam güzel", he/she is standing exactly on the border line of USA and Canada. One further step to Canada, he/she will be drunk One step back away from the border line to USA, he/she won't be drunk.
