I looked at that - I wasn´t sure. The Turkish may not be correct. But I thought it meant: What shall I cook you? (you plural)

sana (you) ne yemek (what food) pişireyim (subjunctive, i should cook)

Good point, closer might be ´shall´. But should/shall are often interchangable.
