"şekerli kahve" is the correct one.

It is very nice of you to try speaking in Turkish, more or less. The best way to learn a language. You might forget in time what you have learned unless you use it.

Sana başarılar, CANLI

Tşk ederim qdemir,

İt is very nice of you 'i didn't know how to say it Türkçe'de,,lol'

İt is so true,if we didn't use the language some way or another,we might forget even the basics we think we will never forget

Ama, let me see if i understand right

We say ,sıcak kahvası
when we want to refer to certain coffee, the one its hot

But we didn't use şekerli kahve in same way because it is already known with (Li) suffix ?

So we don't need to put it in Ad Tamlamaları ,

Doğru mu ?

sıcak kahve - hot coffee
No need for a suffix as "sıcak" is an adjective so this is "sıfat tamlaması" - the ı suffix is only added when there is a noun modification "isim tamlaması"

şekerli kahve - the -li suffix means "with"
Coffee with sugar
şekersiz kahve - coffee without sugar

Quoting bod:

Is the -li suffix above the same -li suffix as in:
şekerli kahve

Used above because of meeting with friends?

Nope. To say "with" you use the -le or -la suffix.
When you want to say "with somebody, with friends etc"

Both “sıcak kahve” and “şekerli kahve” are adjective modifications. The difference is:

The adjective “sıcak” is in its root form. (this kind of adjectives are called simple adjectives(basit sıfatlar). On the other hand the adjective “şekerli” has been produced from the noun “şeker” via the derivational suffix –li.

When the suffix –li (-lı, -lü, -lu) is added to an appropriate noun, it becomes an adjective, and modifies the noun that follows it. (the suffix –li can not be added to the noun “sıcak”) The modified noun does not take any suffix. The suffix –li corresponds to preposition “with” in English.

şekerli kahve (coffee with sugar), peynirli börek(borek with cheese), tuzlu ayran(ayran with salt), çikolatalı pasta (cake with chocolate), sütlü kahve(coffee with milk), …

The opposite of –li suffix is the –siz (-sız, -süz, -suz) suffix: şekersiz kahve(coffee without coffee), tuzsuz ayran(ayran without salt), sütsüz kahve (coffee without milk), kremasız pasta(cake without cream).

My reply Bod, was for this part of your question:
'Used (-li) above because of meeting with friends?'

When you want to say I m doing something with somebody/something, then you use -le or -la. Not -li

for example:

- Bod Yağmur'la evleniyor
Bod is getting married to (with) Yağmur

- İşime otobüsle gidiyorum
I m going to my work by (with) bus

- Yemeğimi çatalla yemiyorum
I eat my food with a fork

But we use -li to say:

- Sütlü kahve istiyorum
Ι want coffee wıth mılk

- üç odalı bir ev
A house wıth 3 rooms

Do you catch the difference?
