Why did you used (mekte ) here ?
we use (makta ) in formal speach ,or advertising for a product,for employing..ect..things like that
The present,is the regular present'the present simple' as in English that takes (r) suffix
am i right or what ?? :-S |

you should use -yor instead of -mekte

anlaşılabilmekteysem: if i can be being undestood(continuous)
if you want: istiyorsan
me to understand you: seni anlamamı
Seni anlamamı istiyorsan çok daha yavaş konuşmalısın. << you dont need "y" in konuşmalıysın

As it is a conditional tense, why doesn't it take eğer at the begining of the sentence?

I'm not an expert but I think that it's because the condition is clear from the verb and I think it wouldn't be wrong if you use "eğer" at the beginning of the sentence.

you may use it.
İnanıyorsanız, güçlü olan sizsiniz.
or
Eğer inanıyorsanız, güçlü olan sizsiniz.
If you believe, you are the strong.
