that Pamela Anderson spend £4000 PER DAY on her makeup artists to keep looking "beautiful"! She obviously has more money than sense and reading this makes me so angry

I think that when people become so rich, out of craziness they just don't know what to do with the money anymore.
Have you ever watched MTV's Cribs? It shows the houses of the stars. Once there was this rich guy who had a modern design telly in his bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. After a while, when they were talking music and stuff, he was asked what his favourite tv show was. He simply answered 'I don't really have a favourite as I don;t watch much telly' (!!!!).

It's just sick! As a child I found my mothers argument to make me finish my dinner always a bit unjust (she made me think of the children in Africa). I couldn't give them the food I left on my plate anyway, nor would they have it when I ate it!

But now I understood her point, You should always think of people who are less fortunate than you are and this may change your actions. I always make sure that I can finish teh food I put on my plate and I never just 'throw' money away to things that aren't necessary. Such as 4000pounds for make-up!

If she is spending that much time, money and effort on herself every day, she will not remain beautiful for long! She will start to look very strange soon as her desperation not to get old increases!! You wait and see....in about 5 years she will be looking like a freak lol!

(Hmmmmmm - £4000 per day to see Pamela Anderson look like a freak?
MONEY WELL SPENT! lol!)

Well she has really shot herself in the foot on this one - fancy making it public. Oh but then perhaps the publicity has wained a bit lately lol

Pamela Anderson must need a lot of work each day to spend that much being made up.... or she is very insecure.

Around one and a half million pounds per year, I could retire have a good life and still help less fortunate people, on what she pays to look ...well !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Jo-Anne

Well, as much as I hate to defend Pamela Anderson (!) I suppose if we calculated the percentage of money that each of us spend on "unnecessary" or "non essential" things throughout the year, we are as guilty as she is! Do we stop buying these things and give the money to charity? No!

I give exactly £25 per month of my salary to charity. This is NOTHING compared to what I spend on "luxury" and "unnecessary" items.

Food for thought?? !

That's wonderful, but you missed my point. I am sure you spend FAR MORE than $39 on non-essential items for yourself and family a month?

Pamela Anderson probably gives money to charity too. What I am saying is that, percentage-wise, we are probably all as bad as her!

Hey girls!
Why is that so disgusting? If she has the money, then she can use it however she likes.
If I remember her well, she was gorgeous! A bit short but so what? She had other...qualifications. And what if she looks bad in 5 years? She ll double the amount and she ll be looking gorgeous again, while we will be all green of our envy.

I agree with aenigma. We are not any better. We are only poorer. If i earn 1500 euros a month and spend half of them on clothes, furniture and any other silly stuff, why shouldn't she spend this amount on makeup or wherever she likes?

Don't start the story about people starving in the 3rd world. We all know that, but we all close our eyes and enjoy our new bought outfit and our expensive perfume

Actually it's a long time ago that I bought an expensive perfume or a new outfit. Of course, I am saving up for Türkiye, so in the end that might be the same. But I learnt from the past year in which I worked for my money and didn't spend it the way I used to.
I had a big addiction for books and jewelry. Each time I was in town, I would buy new earrings or check the bookshop. I wonder if either I'm 'filled up' with all my jewelry, or if I really changed my attitude and just don't buy because it's not necessary. I do think it's the last one, as I always tell myself that it looks gorgeous but that I don't need it

There is a point in what Della and Sophie say, but I still think it's shocking that someone can spend so much on such shallow things.

Point taken girls - and yes when you develop the theory of what we spend on non-essentials and luxuries then yes we are also guilty and I suppose she is keeping several people in a job too

Ooooo *glint in eye* I have thought of a fabulous business opportunity DK! ...... TC Merchandise ! We will be the ONLY suppliers of Turkish Class Tshirts! We could then expand our product range and include TC Tissues (for when those rats let us down), TC CDs (the most popular songs), TC underwear (because...well because it would be cooler than Calvin Kline's), TC car stickers (with sort after pictures of Erdinc on them), Erdinc and AlphaF posters...oh the opportunities are endless !

Obviously, I do realise it's against the rules, but has that EVER stopped me before? ! (PM to Aenigma with credit card details.....)

I especially think the tissues are a great idea, because there are loads of far-away-lovers who could use them every once in a while.. And ofcourse once they arrive in Türkiye they won't need their underwear everyday But till that day comes.. I think there's realyl a hole in the market indeed for TC underwear

I think the Erdinç and AlphaF posters should become something like a collector's item though..

Why did my mind go directly to another product? TC c**doms

No no! It's not my dirty mind! It's all those I read in the requests for translations. And some TC teddy bears holding a heart with the logo 'yes, I ll be your wife' as a second thought.

Actually that's a real good idea Sophie I think you can be in our managers-team I'll just be DKTC and the executive producer, but you have all the good ideas I think that Aenigma is our financial manager.

Maybe we could make it like a contract, that you sign up and pay, and we send a product monthly. Ofcourse the c**doms should be sent more often and I think we should start sending them once a member lets us know (by PM toAenigma) that he/she no longer wishes to receive the underwear.

Yep C**ndoms great Sophie, loving it! Keep 'em coming! (ooooh hehe - that could be our sales slogan for them !)

No, DK, please dont make me financial director! I made millions from my last business venture here (you may remember the TC Sale) and then blew it all for a few months in Rio, and here I am back again, penniless . No no, better make me Managing Director I think (that way I can boss everyone around !),

Yes I love that idea DK! That way, we keep receiving payments monthly from all TC members and then, when they PM me to cancel, I will delete their messages as SPAM!
