" I have had" " I would have" "I had" " I am having" HELP!

Hi all!
I have been studying turkish for a while but still have problems with these!
" I have" , "I have had" , "I would have" I will have" in short , the verbal tenses of "have" are a problem for me, that is to say : "Var and Yok" I just know how to use the present tense :
" Bir arabam var" and "Bir arkadaşım yok"
Please, help me and give me examples of usage. Thanks a lot!!

You can add the simple past suffix to make past possessives
For example:
İki arabam vardı - I had two cars (literally "my two cars existed")

Thank you! but what about " I will have a car" and " I have had a car", "I would have a car"?

I don't think Turkish distinguishes between "I had a car" and "I have had a car" - both are arabam vardı.
No idea about "I would have a car" although I suspect it requires a conditional suffix as it is not a complete sentence on it's own - It needs to be "I would have a car if ..."
I think - but am not sure - that "I will have a car" is arabam var olacağım

I have a car = Bir arabam var.
I had a car / I have had a car = Bir arabam vardı
I will have a car.. = Bir arabam olacak
I would have a car.. = Bir arabam olabilirdi

That is wrong, it must be bir arabam olacak
By the way, there is a verb varmak, so if you say: arabam varacak that means another thing, not "I will have"

For simple tense you should use var/yok:
Subj have (not) something = birşey+POSS var/yok
Ex:
I have a car -- araba-m var
I don't have a car -- araba-m yok
and when there is idi, imiş or ise they can be written as suffixes like -di/-ti, -miş, -se/-sa
Ex:
I had a car -- araba-m var-dı (var idi)
I didn't have a car -- araba-m yok-tu (yok idi)
They say I have a car -- araba-m var-mış (var imiş
They say I don't have a car -- araba-m yok-muş (yok imiş
If I have a car -- araba-m var-sa (var ise)
If I don't have a car -- araba-m yok-sa (yok ise)
For the other tenses use possessive suffix + olmak:
I will have a car -- araba-m olacak
I will not have a car -- araba-m olmayacak
I wish I had a car -- araba-m olsa
I wish I didn't have a car -- araba-m olmasa
those who have a car -- araba-sı olanlar
those who don't have a car -- araba-sı olmayanlar
I know that he has a car -- araba-sı olduğunu biliyorum
etc.

why for "I will have a car" you use "arabam olacak" and not "arabam olacagim"?

Where does "wish" come from ???
Isn't -sa the conditional suffix?
