araba-n olacak -- You will have a car
araba-sı olacak -- He/She will have a car

Yes. But it is also used for wishes. That's why it is called dilek-şart (wish and condition). So

gelse means either

* I wish he comes

or

* If he came

depending on the context.

And for wishes usually keşke is included in the sentence

Keşke gelse -- I wish he comes/came

So if it is not clear from context, eğer[/b] or [i]keşke are used to show which meaning is intented?

bod,

İf it is a wish,it would come directly after the verb stem,only one suffix can come before it,and which is (mA) negative

And as you know,TÃ¼rkÃ§ede,it doesn't really considered a suffix,it considered a new verb

And wish form got only 2 forms

Eylem +(mA ) sA +kişi eki

And

Eylem + (mA ) sA +y + dI + kişi eki .....this one is past
