I am shocked by some of the "spammers" that have been deleted today! Some of them are long term users of TC, are they really spammers in the true sense of the word??

I don't know who these people are but they must have been marked as spammers at least by four different people.

Can't you undo this? I agree with Lady in Red and Libralady that some of them are absolutely no spammers. We cannot see their posts - and so their contributions - anymore, can you?

Trudy, no it can't be undone once somebody is deleted. Most that can be done is that the person can create a new account with the same nickname, if it's a valid case. Please explain (with details) what is wrong with the people who were deleted.

Exactly and might it be a good idea to take a look at those reporting spam? Are they multiple spam reporters and just report anyone who sends them a PM? It just seems like a game to some people judging from some of the above posts.

I understand your point libralady. In controversial issues we go and look at what were the messages that were marked as spam. When there's many messages marked by the same person that implies that there was some kind of dialogue between them and we discard all of these spam counts.
People who are deleted without any warning are the ones who don't have contributions to the site and you can also usually tell by their profiles and private pictures who comes here to learn or help and who comes in search of men or women.

So does this mean that you are not allowed to be a member of this site UNLESS you make a contribution? What exactly is considered a 'contribution' anyway? Adding +1 and a smiley face to the bottom of every post? Telling us what they are wearing/listening to/eating at any given moment of the day? One of the members you have deleted doesn't do much posting in the forums but has been very helpful to me - and to several others I know - and nothing on his profile indicated that he had joined this site 'in search of women' He was a member of TC for a long time - why on earth would he suddenly start spamming people?
