Quoting bod:

But what is wrong with:
seni sevip özlüyorum - I love you and I miss you

Honestly, it's OK for me. But as you see (in this thread) it's not for some others.

And it can be said in some other ways as well without using "ve"

seni seviyor, özlüyorum
seni seviyorum, özlüyorum
seni seviyorum, seni özlüyorum

Think of the commas above as the pauses used to mean "ve".

When we speak we don't need "ve" that much. But in the written language it's hard to describe this kind of pauses so "ve" is used more in written language.

seni seviyor ve seni özlüyorum

Check this link for some more on "ve":

Quoting Elisa:

Would you guys be so kind to post the last couple of messages again but then in English?

+1

And could you please more tolerant for little exceptions?
If it were really important for you, be sure, I would write. But it is not necessary...

Ok?

Excuse me, but this was not about being not tolerant at all, this is just about honest curiosity. It was not my intention, and I don't think Bod's either, to tell you guys off! So save the tolerance part..
