Please, could you tell me how can İ say:
İ would dance if İ knew.
He would help me if he could.
They would cry.
İ mean İ need to know how to use ''would'' in Turkish.

I think you are talking about the conditional tense.

dans etmeyi biliyorsam dans edebilirim..
eger o biliyorsa bana yardim edebilir..
onlar aglarlar..

Why did you use eğer in the second sentence,and not with first sentence as well ?
When do we use eğer,and when we don't use it ?
Can we use it alone without (sa,se ) suffix ?
Or it is supportive in meaning for the (sa,se ) suffix ?

I think "eğer" can only be used with the conditional suffix -se.
My understanding is that is ommitted if the rest of the sentence makes the conditional nature clear......but I thought this was largely dependent upon how much text exists between the place "eğer" would be put and where -se is located - but the above examples prove me to be at least partly wrong :-S
