Thank you both so much {#emotions_dlg.flowers}

My husband´s English is good, so I have been a little lax in learning Turkish as fast as I should be.  I can usually ramble on a few sentences to him when I am practising, but right now we are in the middle of trying to emigrate him to Canada and it´s not a good time for miscommunication.

You can actually fly into Bodrum, there is an airport there.  And I only said nightlife IF that´s your thing; there is a lot of great beaches and activities there also.

Anyway, as I mentioned, I didn´t really care for Marmaris that much, but your also mentioned Kusadasi ... Kusadasi is also very nice.  Sorry, I can´t comment on Alanya or Side ... I haven´t been to either of those cities.  Good luck with your research!!

Go to Bodrum!!  2 or 3 hours drive from  Marmaris, but MUCH nicer.  It´s beautiful there.  Lots of shopping, great beaches, and a lot of night-life/clubbing especially in Gumbet if that´s your thing.  Many sights to see also, the castle, amphitheatre, etc.

If they refuse, we will appeal their decision.

Eğer reddedersen, onların itiraz edecek.

Am I correct?

What IS the March 18th thing?  My husband mentioned he is unable to leave his military post for the one day this weekend because of a ´holiday´, but I don´t know what it is??

Merhaba, benim Melek.

I understand you have received a letter for G***** from the Canadian Embassy in Ankara.  Is it possible that you could fax me the letter or scan the letter and email it to me for translation?  I am wondering if the police certificate they requested needs to be translated into English?  If so, I have the archived document you mailed to me last month; I could get this translated here in Canada and mail it to the embassy.

Tesekkurler anne!!

I can make some good guesses, but it needs to be accurate.

Thanks in advance!!
