Thread: How does a Turk dump a girl?

In Canada and US beeing dumped means the same thing as beeing put to garbage, geting rid of something or someone embarassing or very bad. its a very negative word. braking up is softer, its ending a relation ´correctly´. another use we have in canada for dumping is sending someone to jail. the dictionnary says a dump is where trash is sent...that shows by itself the meaning.

about turks, i think some european and american girls get very excited about ´warm blooded´ man, its not something they are used to, on the other side i think some of those man know it and take advantage of those girls, but i dont think this description suits for all man and woman.

hello admins! classes are great, i learned a lot and i am very proud of my progress my teacher, gencturk, is very helping and gives extra explanations and example when i need.there was 1 exercise where the lesson didnt really fit with the homework, gencturk said he would tell about it i also hand copy vocabulary sheets and take tones of notes about everything i learn.

only thing missing to classes is pronounciation and understanding spoken turkish. maybe you already thought about it and give those lesson in intermdiate? thank you very much for your time and efforts you put to make this possible

I think that no matter where you come from you are what you were made to be. If you grow up around patriarcal ruling you will grow and continue the path, same is true if you reverse the example. I believe so because i was raised very far from religion and i had toys ´suitable´ for male and female. I was thought to cook and repair a car. I took dancing classes and played sports. I was raised in a non traditional family. I see the difference I have with others. I also believe that if you show someone (girl or boy) that he or she can do what he wants, that there is no gender limits, he or she can grow up to be exactly same. Like we say here, it does matter who you are, what metters is how you were born

Hello Fatimah, Are you planning to travel to Turkey? If you want to find a good man it´s better you met him face-to-face! {#lang_emotions_smile} Because it is true that words are easily said (or typed{#lang_emotions_wink}). Take your time, you´re young!
