Can anyone explain how and where we use 'the' when writing Turkish?if possible with examples and explanations. Thanks to everyone in advance for their time and patience.

Türkçe doesn't have any articles (definate or indefinate). Instead if you wish to refer to a specific example of a noun, you put the noun into the accusative state.
