Aww....good luck porto! My husband quit last year and I think it is still a little difficult for him but his asthma has mysteriously disappeared! I hope you are feeling better soon!

Quitting smoking after 18 years is one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life!
As Mark Twain would say, quitting smoking is easy, I´ve done it hundreds of times! 
I hope you´ll stay off of them though. Good luck!
But if you feel your strong will being weak, you can always bum one from me!

Quitting smoking after 18 years is one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life!
Tell me about it! I managed to quit smoking when I was pregnant and now...I´m smoking again! With every single pack of cigarettes I proise myslef it´s the last one. And you know what? It never is
