 Others obviously disagree with you.

Obviously that was just my opinion.

When I posted my response to Long´s abrupt comment I hadn´t seen any other posts by Ros.  I´m not sure if he had either otherwise he would have said so instead of giving the replym to me, that he did.

Ros isn´t the only one who posts articles without comment.  I tend to view Ros´s postings as "News Flashes" rather than "statements" , about seemingly important events.

I think this incident is being blown up out of all proportion.

Book: The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever    by   Stephen Donaldson

(Brilliant series of books, I read them almost 30 years ago.  Thomas Covenant is transported to another land in order to save it from dark powers.  His wedding ring has great power there.)

I´m having problems with the notepad facility.

When I click on "edit" the window opens but it is blank, with no headings.

When I click on "Read" the window opens with this message :

"Insufficient authorization for Peacetrain: 1"

Is anyone having the same problem?

You said you cant comment on the christians living in egypt, because you haven´t read about it

I think people often only read about what interests them.  Often reading matter is searched for, according to the interest of the searcher .

I guess if one is going to acknowledge one hasn´t read about aspect of society, it´s not always wise to then proceed to comment on another section of society  otherwise the view seems biased to others, who may think the intention was to "pit" one religion against another.
