hmm... basicly this is one of my main subjects lately...
as i am a chainsmoker, along with one of my friends we decided to give up. The aim? not to get tired, taste the food at full taste etc., etc.
so giving up is a good but very hard thing i think.
it is no problem to moan after the little darlings. or to lit one from time to time.
we just have to reach the desired end: quitting smoking

i was normally smoking one package a day...
i made a running last days to see how is my condition... and i was licking the grasses... so i said no smoke!
and it has been one week! that i dont smoke!
you can do it too
