To someone also quitting .. yeeeeeeeeeeees .. my hardest times are first thing in the morning with my morning coffee .. but I can do this .. and you can too!!! don't give in .. the first week or so I believe is the hardest because our body is trying to get rid of all the nicotine that is in our systems .. have you found yourself to be reaaaaaaaally cranky? and also veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery restless?

hmm... rather energic, restless, no appetite just for fruits and water... and i feel like i could ran 10000 miles(for a cigare?)... the morning coffe is really painfull, yes. what about appetite, do you have big appetite? they say when quitting you've got quite an appetite. i haven t experienced it yet.

Quoting Leelu: its more like nervous eating for me .. the fruits and water you crave are to put back into your body what smoking has taken out. I have to fight the urge to eat something every time I want a cigarette .. it is reaaaaaaally hard .. the energy is also just nervous energy .. I have heard doctors say to take some deep breaths and that helps that part go away .. it hasn't helped me yet .. |
nervous.. i guess i will get nervous...
yep, deep breath may help, i think.
if you focus on it, i guess

Yes you have to focus on it. The doctor explained it this way to me .. it wasn't the fact of smoking that calmed a person it was the fact that they took such a deep breath while puffing on the cigarette .. and it was that deep breath that actually had the calming effect ..

after all this is the nicest thing
hmmm... especially when salty, but it should do it anyway.
yogis are supposed to breath normally and deeply enough.
now, we needed cigarettes to breath... what a shame
