I agree that the boundaries as to what is considered tolerable and not are being pushed further and further in Europe - just have a look at sexual minorities rights, even good aul Ireland passed a bill recognising gay marriages. Tattoos are not really for prisoners these days and dress code has changed enormously. Still, I don´t see nude people in the streets. I don´t think there´s need to panic attire-wise yet

But people should re-think the way they bring up their children, there´s no respect for older people and thugs are getting more and more brutal. Fortunately, I live in a small town in Eire so there´s hardly any crime here (our local court is preoccupied with giving fines to people driving without tax or insurance). However, if I was to move to a big city, I´d fear for my little one´s safety

I´m happy to be a European in that sense (more specifically Dutch), because I´m free to decide for myself what I think is moral or not. Nobody can tell me that I have to view being gay as immoral, and I feel lucky for that. Nobody can tell me how long or short my hemline should be. I make this choice myself. And this is a freedom I hold dear. I feel like this freedom is slipping away by racist and extremist on all sides. The racist break down people´s choice to be strict in religion. The extremists break down the choice to not follow a religion at all. Religion or faith is nothing if you didn´t make the choice for it from your heart, because YOU believe in it. The government has no place in forcing any type of faith on you, because it will be an empty faith.

That is the problem. Such people like you are the problem. I AM (MY OWN) GOD.

Welcome New Europe! Welcome New World Order! Down with old fashioned morals! I can have sex with anyone I want. I can marry my own cat or dog, not your business! I want! I can! I have! I! I! I!

No boundaries, no law, no shame!

The government´s business is to keep it in order, not to force a religion on anyone. Roman Empire has done that thing! Forcing christianity on people. The result is that we have an empty and corrupt religion called Roman Catholicism and its daughter Protestantism.

I never said I am my own God. I just said that not you, or my government, or any other government is in the position to decide what my heart believes. If your government became communist, and told you you were not allowed to believe in God, and that you would get killed if you attended any sort or religious service, what would you do?

Oh, look at how quickly you replied! {#emotions_dlg.lol}

You did say so. You said so in all your posts. They all say "I barba am God". I am the centre of my life!

Listen to me, I´ve got no  authority over your life, I will never, neither I want it.

As for government, it may have to some extent. It has such power and may be in the position of ruling over your life and even your heart.

If my government wants to kill me for my belief let be it so! What can you do about that? I will be dead anyway soon or later. So, whats the point of your question? Are you saying that this life is dearer than the faith?  {#emotions_dlg.unsure}

Ufff ya, wouldn´t your life-after-death really suck if I am really God? Guess where you´re going

And I´m saying faith is dearer than life. If the government wants to kill you for your faith, you´d be dead now. You can´t change what is in your heart just because the government tells you so. That is why I believe government has no place in ruling of your faith, in ruling over your heart. You are lucky that you are able to irritate me to pieces because you have that freedom. You ahve the freedom to rant on about what you believe, and to fill in your life accordingly. Government´s place is to make your life easier, by being a mediator in things like building roads, public planning, utilities, things like this. It has no business in deciding what happens in your heart, or even in your bedroom (as long as it is two consenting adults).

Thank God. He is not Dutch and a hippie He is soverign.

I do not need your freedom to rant. Are you saying that the first christians who were persecuted and killed for their faith were not lucky? {#emotions_dlg.unsure}  I think they were blessed more than me.

The role of the government differs from country to country.

To my mind it should control the morality to some extent for the country´s sake in the long term case. Imagine 50% of the society is gay. What will happen to the demography? Will you start growing babies in incubators? {#emotions_dlg.unsure}  I do not believe in the total freedom. Try that total freedom on your children and you will see into what they will grow up.

Freedom is not everything for a person to live. God is. When you die you will stand before Him and He will say to you: "Depart from me! I do not know you!" For that reason you should seek Him now.

The world is over-populated. This over-population is actually killing the world. Perhaps God is making people gay to make sure there are less humans around God works in mysterious ways...

You are so much soaked with New Age stuff. You speak things and dont give a toss to what you say. You repeat things you hear from the media.

The world is not over-populated and it will never be. This earth was designed for multiplication of men.

E.g. Africa is so rich that there shouldnt be poverty at all. Do you think they starved before white men appeared there? No, they were doing perfectly well with food.

Most coffee, tea, cacao, fruits and tabaco plantations are in the poorest countries. If those people received decent salaries for their hard work they wouldnt starve. But because you and I want good products for a low price the companies make fortunes.

You and I live in abundance of everything. We buy and make richest people more rich. We buy food often 2 for the price of 1 (a trick) and then we dont actually consume all. Most things in our fridges are thrown away after a few days, because we bought it out of greed.

The eilte divided the world into two parts. One tiny part that is too rich and other bigger part too poor.  And then you boast that you are European and moan if people from poor country want to come to your country and share the wealth that your country´s stolen years ago and still is stealing.

You, Barba live in delusion, and probably die in delusion.
