Elisabeth you might want to remove those those self photos that are extremely rude and derogatory to you being administrator they are neither funny or amusing
http://www.turkishclass.com/picture_16152
While I understand that you don´t like these pictures, they are not violating our site rules so I don´t think they need to be removed. I will remove the follow-up posts to this topic because we want to keep this thread clean, only with suggestions/complaints like this one.
I apologize from everyone who wrote opinions on this topic but if there is a good discussion going on let´s please carry it out under a different thread.

10. Discussion on politics or religion and religious matters is allowed as long as the topic does not get personal or agressive. If a moderator or administrator thinks that a message or a title may have legal implications in Turkey or in the US, that message or title will be deleted.
3. Views of moderators and administrators do not represent the views of the site. TurkishClass.com website is not responsible for the opinions of its users.
( this time is did represent the opinion of administrator )
how did this not affect TC when the photo said TC graduation ?

Well, the rules state that discussion of politics or religion is not prohibited. This is not a religious or political discussion forum though, so topics that cause aggression between users can be removed.

I am not following the logic here. Here is a new thread under off-topic about this issue, we can talk about this over there.

What about this?
7. All the uploaded content (pictures, articles, forum postings) belongs to the user who uploaded it. The uploader has the rights and responsibilities of this content. Uploader, by uploading content, gives TC only the permission to display the uploaded content in TC web pages and frames.
At least one of the photographs Elisabeth has posted is by Irving Penn, who just passed away not even a year ago, thus under the laws of copyrite, it is still under copyrite protection.

alameda, you may actually have a point. I have given credit to Mr. Penn on the photo. If you know who has taken the other photo, please let me know. For now I have sited that I retrieved the image from Google Images. I think that may suffice. Thanks so much!

Me....have a point???? Amazing....I realize you have that unique Texan sense of humor...which escapes me....being of a different temperment....but I do respect your right to your thoughts and expressions, as long as they don´t impinge on those of others. ....like copyrite....
BTW congratulations on your new position....it´s a lot of thankless work....have fun....

What happened to forum posts look? The header is black, with only the name of the poster, Private Message and Quote buttons, written in dark blue color, very difficult to read. And no number of posts, no date and time of posting... Is it the new look, or something´s wrong?

Ahh, good old Internet Explorer. I made a small change and tested it only using Chrome, thinking that it won´t break anything else but Internet Explorer seems to be more fragile than I thought.
Thanks for letting us know about this, I will fix it as soon as I can.

Is this an unwanted result of a change, then?

Funny, it really looks normal in Chrome! Actually, I´ve noticed it in Opera, then checked in Internet Explorer, and it was the same, so I posted my question, not checking in Chrome.
Thanks in advance for fixing it
