Yes, it´s wrong.
"söyle" is "say" and there´s no "ingilizce" in that sentence.
"Sana ingilizce öğretmesini söyle" but then it means "say İsmail to teach you english"
with the verbs "söyle" and "iste", they take direct objects, so you add the direct object suffix -i.
"sana ingilizce öğretmesi için İsmail´e söyle"
"In order that he teaches you english, say İsmail", but then say what? You see it lacks an object here.
These are just my notes, if you are not sure about it, you have to study how to use these verbs "istemek" and "söylemek" in sentences.

I agree mine was wrong but I thought you could use söyle for ´tell´ as in ´tell Ismail´ which would be an ok translation in English. I´d never seen ´iste´ used for ´ask´ before.
I know I forgot the ´English´
In English you can say ´tell Ismail to teach you´ if it was assumed you knew what he meant-you don´t necessarily need the object.

But with İstemek shouldnt the verb be in Master ?

Well, if it is "Tell İsmail to teach you English" you can say: "İsmail´e söyle sana İngilizce öğretsin."
How is that?

In order to use "istemek" there should be "want", "ask", "wish", "request", "will" or "need".
There are some possibile sentences which are told you to ask İsmail to teach you English:
-İsmail´den sana İngilizce öğretmesini iste.
-İsmail´e söyle sana İngilizce öğretsin.
-İsmail´e bana İngilizce öğret de.
-Ask İsmail to teach you English.
-Tell İsmail to teach you English.
-Tell İsmail that "teach me English".
Last one is not very polite

What CANLI is asking is when you use ´iste´ as in the first example why do you not use ´Ã¶ğretmek´ as the infinitive.
eg................öğretmek iste.

The rule I was telling about, when someone say you to ask something from another person.
Ask CANLI to cook pilav for you.
CANLI´dan sana pilav pişirmesini iste.

wisher and doer are different people, so you can´t use it.
Look:
I want to go to İstanbul
İstanbul´a gitmek istiyorum
But look:
I want YOU TO GO to İstanbul
(I wish, but you will go.)
so;
Senin İstanbul´a gitmeni istiyorum
Let´s see the same wish for the third person;
I want AHMET TO GO to İstanbul
(I wish, but Ahmet will go.)
That is;
Ahmet´in İstanbul´a gitmesini istiyorum
wish is: Ahmet´in İstanbul´a gitmesi
Remember that literally;
I want the "going to İstanbul" action of Ahmet
this is actually we say in Turkish.
For that reason, you can´t use -mek istemek if the person who will do that is not the same person who want it.
