My only addition that it appears that "5 dikkis atildi" is something about 5 stitchs thrown (stitched).

Dün mesajını anlayamadım. Dikkat et! Seni merak ediyorum.
Bugün nasılsın? Canını acıtıyor mu? işe ara ver!

>a note for yesterday´s message:
>dünkü mesaj için bir not:

>>in the translation number 2.
>>2 numaralı çevirideki
>>>"...she or he is ok! now..." should be "...I´m ok! now..."
>>>"o şu an iyi" yerine "ben şuan iyiyim" olacaktı.

Maybe he/she didnt fully understand your former message because of the reason above.
Yukarıdaki nedenden dolayı önceki mesajını anlamamış olabilir.

Yes, dikiş atmak is to put stitches in a wound.
atılmak is the passive:
5 stitches were put in.

Ouch! Geçmiş olsun!

I am not a native speaker. I think "anlatsana" is two words
"anlat sana" then the whole sentence goes like. My attempt.

"Tell yourself my baby that I love you this evening are you coming to my side"

....sana is a colloquial use of Turkish.

It can express frustration in the speaker e.g.
yapsana!= just get on and do it!
versene = give it here

It can express a suggestion or wish or longing
gelsene = come over here

I tried to find a colloqial English expression to best explain anlatsana, and came up with tell me about it!
