I would really appreciate help translating the following sentences into proper Turkish. Thanks in advance. 
1). I am very happy you love "Zarrillo".
2). Can I ask you what you like and what you dislike about "Zarrillo"?
3). I am very interested in hearing your opinions.
4). Thank you for sharing your views with me.
5). I really appreciate your honest opinion.
6). Hopefully you continue to enjoy my projects in the future.

I´m confused about something. Why was Zarrillo changed to
Zarrilloyu and Zarrillonun? In these sentences "Zarrillo" is only a title, not a name of a person. Would it be incorrect to write:
1). Zarrillo sevmenden dolayı çok mutluyum.
2). Sana Zarrillo sevdiğin ve sevmediğin yönlerini sorabilir miyim?

Could someone explain this to me further?  So if I´m talking about a subject with a proper title such as the name of a book, movie, painting, or place, I must add (yu) or (nun), etc to the title?
For example, if I want to write, "What did you like or dislike about Livingston?" Would I need to write this: Sana Livingstonnun sevdiğin ve sevmediğin yönlerini sorabilir miyim?
And if I want to write, "I am happy you love Livingston." Would I need to write: Livingstonyu sevmenden dolayı çok mutluyum.
Please correct any mistake I´ve made. Thanks!

Gordios said in his post above that you could use the word ´hakkinda´ meaning ´about´ so it woud be ´Livinston hakkinda ....etc

Yes, you need to use suffixes where needed.
Sana Livingston´un sevdiğin ve sevmediğin yönlerini sorabilir miyim?
Sana Livingston´un nelerini sevdiğini ve sevmediğini sorabilir miyim?
or Sana Livingston´un hangi yönlerini sevdiğini ve sevmediğini sorabilir miyim?

Thanks mltm! I notice mltm provided me with several different ways to translate my original sentences. However, which of these sentences would be best for me to actually use?
Ooops, I need to make a correction to my sentence. I meant to write: Can I ask you what you like and dislike about Livingston?

1) Z´un sevdiginzden cok mutluydum.
2) Z´un hakkinda neleri sevdigini ve neleri sevmedigini, sorabilir miyim?
3) Fikiriniz duymak için çok ilgileniyorum.
4) Fikirinz benimle paylaştigin için çok tesekkurler.
5) Sadikce fikirleriniz soylemekteyin takdim ederim.

Yes, as Meltem made it clear, proper nouns still have to obey the rules when they are the subject of a verb, or made possessive etc.
We put an apostrophe in between the word and the ending, to make it clear it is a proper noun.
As in the title of one of my favourite poems:
İstanbul´u dinliyorum gözlerim kapalı.

I will do the first one:

The object of the verb sevmek takes the ending -i
Beni seviyor musun?
Seni sevdim etc.
So it should be Z´u sev....
Hint: The on site dictionary puts /ı/ or /a/ or /ın/ /dan/ etc after a verb so you know which ending the noun takes.
mutludum suggests I was happy then but not happy now. It would be more usual in Turkish to say mutluyum.
So you could say:
Z´u sevdiğinizden çok mutluyum.
But it would be more natural to say:
Z´u sevdiğinizden dolayı çok mutluyum.
Z´u sevdiğiniz için çok mutluyum.
or a variant of meltem´s:
Z´u sevmenizden dolayı çok mutluyum.
