I had a dream of a little herb garden in my apartment - got 4 pots for mint, basil, cilantro, and parsley. Now I have 4 pots with dry sticks hanging out of them. Mint never even broke the ground. So yeah, my hint is, buy the herbs, don´t grow them lol.

 I can´t  help you there..I only pick the mint, not grow it.    I´m sure AE can help you with that she is known to have green thumbs.  In fact I have some questions for her myself.  I noticed some plants in her garden that were..umm look a little suspicous if you know what I mean.
