We protest every violence against innocent ppl. we protest terrorism against turkey or USA. Our prime minister and president condemned these violence for turkey. what about other countries, modern countries?
can u show me which of them u protested in europe???
I think that´s great that your prime minister and president condemns the violence on behalf of Turkey. But on the other hand, I think I´m missing something here. Isn´t Turkey one of the greatest allies of Israel? Don´t they conduct joint military exercises? Maybe we should pay more attention to the actions of the politicians, not their words.

United Nations and other international organisations are fucking unnecessary groups in this world. Nobody cares about what s happing in muslim countries, but if the subject is Armenian or jewish ppl or other christian communities, we all watch news about it day and night. Still they judge our history, but not present time. There is no reaction or any protest in europe, humanity is giving an exam now.
You´re wrong. UN condemned the violence in Gazza, likewise Javier Solana (the head of EU) called for immediate peace. Protests were held in many countries - for example in London at the Israeli embassy, also in France and Spain. Amnesty International issued a statement where they accused Israel of illegal and unproportional use of violence. Check before you throw stones at people Janissary

I am sure that it is all over the TV news that Israelian Army is killing people in Gazza...
According to the news the deathes are over 200 people and more than 500 injuries...
Near this bad issues i am wondering where is our "humanistic" and "hellenist" members, i was wondering if they are still under the pink clouds of Santa? where they were wild like a puma over Turkish government when there was a single little issue related to terrorist events...
Anyhow... I just condemn what Israel doing over people in Gazza!!! thats all i can do for now...
If people were, in your opinion, slow to express a view about these sad events, perhaps it was because they knew what the outcome on the thread would be . . . and they would have been right.
It´s always the same, the few venting their same old arguments, accusations and hatred with the original thought becoming lost. Some have been here for many years yet they don´t seem to tire of it.
Actually, it´s even a waste of time for me to post this . . . it won´t change a thing.

You only spend time with your family, when it is Christmas? That is ridicilous...
No I see or speak to my mother/daughter/son/granchildren everyday, but christmas is one of the only times in the year when all the family are able to come from far and wide to be together under one roof.

What is happening in this world is a terrible tragedy. Why can´t we live in harmony as brothers and sisters? The leaders of the world, should concentrate on ending poverty rather then killing for power and money.

I really laugh at at this. when they appear on tv and warn 2 sides, calling immediate peace. but they forget there is only one side. one is killing, other side is trying to prevent. do you think, jewish ppl will declare that they apologise one day? NO.
What about embargo? if the subject is iran all world come togather.
world is sleeping.
and European youth is sleeping.

Janissary, you said there were no protests against Israel in Europe - I proved you wrong. Yet still when you´re proven wrong you won´t accept it.
What international organisations do is another question. But it has nothing to do with the fact that it is Muslims who suffer injustice. Remember reactions to christian Serbia? Russia?

dont show me protests by arab ppl in europe. as I said before u are all in a dream. Coz our religion and culture thought us to love human. as Yunus Emre said: "we love the created because of Creator."
And Ataturk said that ""Mankind is a single body and each nation a part of that body. We must never say ´What does it matter to me if some part of the world is ailing?´ If there is such an illness, we must concern ourselves with it as though we were having that illness."
christian Serbia??? dont be funny. it s another dramatic face of europe. What did europe do for it? yes they did something but after genocide. in this century and in the middle of europe. when did they find that serbain leader? before they accept serbia to EU.
this europe is trying to teach us democracy and human rights. Turkish youth is fortunately is aware of everything. in our universities youth come togather and protest every single violence. This is goood news for world.

This kind of "them and us" post, and those of Tam, make me very sad for the future - just more hate hate hate ....
It reads like a brainwashed kind of thinking...that only THEY care. Incidently, since when did people have to be TAUGHT how to love other humans? It seems more to me that you are taught how to hate.
I assume this religious teaching you mention excludes women because I see no loving treatment of them in your "culture". Don´t preach your religion to me until you can show me that Islam practices what it preaches. I have never seen a religion of any kind which does that.
