My try

In one hand a spoon,in the other Nutella. Do I care about the world?

spoon in one hand; Nutella on the other.  Do I care about the world?

though it is a rhetorical question, and the answer is obviously "no"=)

and as far as I know this is an altered version of a poem by Orhan Veli Kanik, called "Cýmbýzlý Þiir"=)
