benden bir kaç gün haber almadýðýn için üzgünüm( I would rather say "özür dilerim" or "kusura bakma".
ama ben çok meþðuldum bana araba çarptý (or beni araba çiðnedi) ,hastanedeyim
seni çok özlüyorum,umarým iyisin

an understandable error
to be over run = to be very busy, too much work
to be run over = to be hit by a car, geçmiþ olsun!

Thanks Henry for clearing this out
While we are in an ´explaining English expressions´ vein - that would be ´clearing this up´ (i.e. ´making it clear´ . ´Clearing out´ means ´getting rid of´ or ´cleaning out´.
But to ´clear up´ can also mean ´to tidy up´ or ´clean up´! Confusing isn´t it?

don´t worry
when you say "arabaya çarptým" it means "I hit the car", but you don´t hit the car, the car hits you, right?
so you should make the subject car, and object you, that´s "araba bana çarptý" (subject, object, verb)
