anyway, this is a lesson for us. Let´s learn from it, and move on. offffffffff... i still am frustrated really. I wish he never made any promises to come here for me. I have started planning my year, so we could be together, and now all is ruined. I have to start fresh. I do wish i knew how to do it.

You know, you are right. Of course I am moving on... and similarly, I nearly gave up my job for him and planned my year around moving to Turkey for a while as well... This is just disgusting!! But heads up girl. We are not that desperate for such pathetic guys, are we?

exactly even the other girl that my ex bf was with, is seeing someone new.... (after a week of finding out about his lies.... i must say.... she really moved on fast.... lol ) well... it´s their loss.... not ours...

Sorry, I am actually very far from you right now. And even if I was close, you wouldn´t probably want to start counselling a very disappointed soul over a cup of coffee in Vienna. Perhaps next time. But I really do appreciate your kind offer (THAT´S IF IT WAS REALLY SERIOUS).

To my deceived ladies.  I don´t know how to put this in plain terms without using some language of choice.  But here it is.  You do not need any of them, turkish, english, american etc.  Men have their purposes in  our life and we should enjoy it.  It took me awhile to understand this until another man actually made me see it and put it to me in plain and rather blunt language.  Only one human beeing can truly love you and that is yourself.  So let go of the idiots and move on, more fish in the sea where that one came from.  Love thyself, lift that head up, you´re a lady and nobody can say different.

My husband is turkish, he was the sweetest guy in the world, and than I gave in to his every whim and he became a major ass.  I redirected myself, became the independent woman i used to be and once again he is like a puppy.  He knows I don´t need him, he is only there because I allow him.

GOOD LUCK

OR SHOULD I JUST START BECOMING A REAL BITCH and see what difference that would make??????

No, no need to be a bitch unless that is your character, just know that you do not need him.  You should not have to prove your love, you either have it or not.  My male friend told me that when women start doing to many things for men, men think they are desperate, hint that´s their clue to act like idiots.

About turkish men, i think is the nature of the beast.  Both man and turkish women from what I´ve seen are very passionate.  They see something they like and go for it head first.  I think he took you for granted and did not expect you to retaliate.  Most turkish man are used to the women beeing dependent on them and with no say so in the matter, so temper tantrums and some infidelity it means nothing to them because the women have no other choice.

I know it seems hard, and trully you can´t just let go, you´re human, just remember one thing, you´re deserve better and consider this God´s gift, you got rid of him before things got any more serious.
