Are we going to say if turkish men in general are polite, or what a turkish man do in order to be polite?
For politenes, it's known that French men are polite, but I'm not sure of it either.
And politeness is a very delicate thing, if you do it too much, it looks very ugly and repulsive to me. The formalities are necessary but if you're a polite person whatever you do will look polite. If you're a bear in fact, you cannot hide it from outside.
But to me a polite man shouldn't use rude words, shouldn't eat with his hands  , shouldn't have you wait, shouldn't forget your important days, should know buying flowers from time to time, should dress clean and well, should at least offer paying the bill, should ask you where you'd like to go etc.
