Im not expert but i think Alpha is right. Its not "kişi misin" but "kişimi-sin"
You are not Question particle is always written separate from nouns and verbs:
Çay mı istersin, kahve mi?
Yarın İstanbul´a gidecek misin?
Fotoğraftaki küçük kız sen misin?
Gidiyor muyuz?

You might want to check the Spelling Guide (Yazım Kılavuzu) of Türk Dil Kurumu. There it will tell you that question particle ´-mi´ is always written seperataly. Maybe you are confused with ´kişiymişsin´.

I am aware of the new rules, yet senior citizens like me gan not get over our century old habbits. Sorry !
