Just some sentences I made up for practice.  Can someone correct them for me please, if they have the time 

I want you to be here at five tomorrow

Seni yarın beşde orada olmanı istiyorum

I don´t like you talking with him

Seni o ile konuşmanı sevmiyorum

If I constantly study and practice Turkish, I can (be able to) speak Turkish 

Devamlı Türkçe çalışırsam ve pratik yaparsam, Türkçe konuşabilirim

Every day I love to smile, and everyday I love to laugh

Her gün gülümsemeyi seviyorum ve her gün gülmeyi seviyorum

I have been learning Turkish for seven months

Ben yedi aydan beri Türkçe öğreniyorum

You must not forget your book, because you will need it for school

Kıtabını unutmamalısın, çünkü kıtabın sana okulda lazım olacak

If there is a problem you must tell me

Problem varsa bana haber vermelisin

If there is no food in the house we will go out to eat

Evde yemek yoksa dışarıda yemeye gideceğiz

I have been learning Turkish for seven months

Ben yedi aydan beri Türkçe öğreniyorum

Isn´t it better to say:

(Ben) yedi aydır Türkçe öğreniyorum

 Both correct i dont know which one is better.

 Tamam o zaman, sağol Gokuyum.

Scalpel thank you so much for taking the time to correct for me  I can see some things I still have to work on.  And for some reason, I can never seem to stop mixing up, burada and orada, I think it´s because I associate the bu from burada with the th from there, my brain just always reads burada as there 

Thanks melike, it´s nice for me to learn a different way to say something.  I think both ways would be understandable, and to quote you "The most important thing is too be understandable"

 You can also say, " yedi aydan bu yana Türkçe öğreniyorum"

Here are google results:

aydır = 1.460.000 results

aydan bu yana = 768.000 results

aydan beri = 75.000 results

They have the same meaning, but "aydır" is most prefarable one as it is the shortest. "Aydan bu yana" is more used than "aydan beri" (though it is longer) because it is the best choice for official documents, political statements, newspaper articles and so. 

As you said, "the most important thing is to be understandable". "yedi aydan beri Türkçe öğreniyorum" makes as at least much sense as the others.

Thanks Scalpel for your nice explanation, Then İ probably thought my sentence could be better because of hearing it more frequently. ´Aydan bu yana´, İ have never heard, but like I understand from your writings its mostly used for official things.

Thanks so much again Scalpel, for your explanations.  I was tying to use -den beri that I learnt in a sentence, maybe it would be better to say - Ekimden beri Türkçe öğreniyorum - I´m learning (I´ve been learning) Turkish since October?

Three of them refer to duration, or lenght of time (as for in English):

I have been learning Turkish for seven months

Yedi aydır (or aydan beri or aydan bu yana) Türkçe öğreniyorum. 

-den beri and -den bu yana denote action from some indicated time in the past, up to the present time. (as since in English):

I have been learning Turkish since October

Ekim ayından beri (bu yana) Türkçe öğreniyorum

sometimes I use öğrenmekteyim for I have been , is this wrong

 No, not wrong.

I am not a linguistic expert but it looks to me as follows:

öğrenmekteyim = I have been learning

öğreniyorum = I am learning

But because we are lazy we always prefer the shortest form of two.
