I´m still a learner, but I would try one of these:

1. Hep kalbimizde olan güzel bir kız.

2. Hep kalbimizde olacak güzel bir kız.

At first, I would say that the second sentence is "better" - however, I´ve googled for sites with "her kalbimizde olan sb/sth" and "her kalbimizde olacak sb/sth", and I could not find "her kalbimizde olacak" used as a qualifier (it was used only in the meaning of "He/she will be always in our hearts"). So, having to choose one of them, I would vote for the first version.

So tomac, if you saw my Turkish version how would you translate it into English?

I would translate it this way:

A beautiful girl - she will always be in our hearts.

I thought it is slightly different from edith´s request so I decided to give it a try. But I really can´t be sure - I´m only a learner. I think we will need to wait for native speakers anyway.

That´s what I intended because grammatically speaking I couldn´t get the ´who´ bit in the middle of the sentence and, although not exactly what edith had asked for, I thought it conveyed a  similar enough meaning.

I think that "who will..." part can be translated using "olan" or "olacak" participle (in the beginning of the sentence). But I´m not sure if it is correct or not. All three translations look fine for me.

I´m sure some expert will finally come and save us

I hope so. I qualified my original translation by saying there may be a better way. I approached it like I would if I were speaking when visiting Turkey. If I can´t say what I want to say, I think of a way of  breaking it down and thus simplifying it. Seems to work!

sorry, but this "a" is soft and it should be followed by soft vowels

Goku, I am wondering what makes you think that yours is better than tomac´s try?

I didn´t read all the posts. Tomac´s translation is perfect. He is a very good learner. I am a fan of him. Adios.

I think you SHOULD read translation attempts already made and correct only when necessary! (like dilli does)

..but yes, you are  right..yours was the first (if not the best version) and was grammatically correct except "kalplarımızda" should be changed to "kalplerimizde".Wink

Thanks a lot, gokuyum For me, the more examples of translations from native speakers the better, even if there aren´t many differences between them. So thanks also for your translation!
