 And this you call "oruç" ? {#emotions_dlg.unsure}

 So what? Do you know how much fasting make someone angry? Not eating, not drinking in these hot weathers. Not smoking? People easily swear and harm each other. So sleeping is a harmless way. And there is nothing wrong eating all night. You are free to eat as much as you want.

Im not muslim but I fast , I live in this beautiful country and I like to experience all ways of living ,I admit I dont fast for the whole month,and I admire those who manage it, I tend to fast every two or three days and then have a few days off ,but it is very hard and that first sip of water when iftar arrives tastes like pure  heaven to me{#emotions_dlg.yes}

You must be joking.

Fasting is a training for the self, getting it used to good deeds, discipline, obedience, patience and sincerity. Those who get angry because of hunger from fast and "easily swear and harm each other", Allah is not in need of them leaving their food and drink . Listen to the statement of the Prophet (sav):

If one of you is fasting, he should not use obscenity that day nor shout; and if someone speaks abusively or wants to fight with him, he should say."verily I am fasting, verily I am fasting".

 Facts:

1)Fast is an obligation for all Muslims. (If they are not sick)

2) If you are Muslim and if you don´t fast it means you are opposing God´s command. You can go to hell.

3)No Muslims want to go to hell.

4) So all real Muslims want to fast.

5) But there are all kind of Muslims.Some of Muslims easily get angry, some of them not. Some of them is patient some of them not. Some of them can control themselves, some of them not.

6)So some of them easily swear and harm each other because of hunger.

7)This is not their fault. Their nature is this way.

8)So sleeping while fasting can be a harmless way for some people.

9)There is no objection to sleeping while fasting in the Quran.

10 ) I don´t fast.

Ok everybody, all i did was ask for a translation, not the rights and wrong of fasting.  Henry, its not a joke nor was it ever intended to be a joke and im sorry, but i cant see how you thought it was a joke, its my way of saying what I want to say because its what he does and he would understand my way of saying it.  Im Irish but if I was to read into everything people say about the Irish especially where Irish jokes are concerned then the world would be a sorry place!!

All ive asked for is a translation and thankyou to those who have translated, You have all helped me in the past and I appreciate it.  Many thanks
